Terms and Conditions for Buyers

1. Task Placement

Buyers choose a suitable platform for promotion based on listings provided by Publishers on Guest Posts 360. Once selected, the Buyer submits their content requirements.

2. Automatic Task Rejection

A task will be automatically cancelled by the system if:

• It remains in the "Awaiting Publisher Acceptance" status for over 02 days.
• It is marked "In Progress" for more than 06 days with no submission attempt by the Publisher.

3. Task Reassignment Requests

While a task is active, the Buyer may request Guest Posts 360 support to assign a different Publisher if:

• The task has been open for 06 or more days.
• The Publisher fails to respond to communication.
• There is no indication that work has begun.

4. Dispute Resolution

In cases of unclear task descriptions, any ambiguity will be interpreted in favor of the Publisher.

5. Pricing

Publishers set their own service pricing on the Guest Posts 360 platform.

6. Communication & Confidentiality

All Buyer–Publisher messages are stored securely on Guest Posts 360's servers and may be used in dispute resolution. Task details and payment data are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed.

7. Task Review Period

The Buyer must review the submitted work within 05 calendar days after being notified. If no action is taken, the task will be escalated to Guest Posts 360's administration for evaluation and approval on the 06th day.

8. Revision Policy

The Buyer may not request changes that were not part of the original task brief.

Content may be returned to the Publisher for revision if it doesn't meet initial requirements. If:

• Content is returned more than 02 times, or
• No revision request is sent within 03 days of submission,

Then the Publisher may ask the Guest Posts 360 team to approve the task and release payment.

9. Task Scope Changes

Task guidelines cannot be altered once the Publisher has started work. Clarifications must be communicated via the platform's messaging tool.

10. Content Integrity

Published and paid-for content cannot be edited or changed post-approval.

11. Service Fees

The Buyer agrees to pay service fees to Guest Posts 360 for using the platform.

12. Task Payment

Once a task is created and assigned, the agreed payment is reserved from the Buyer's account. After final approval, this amount is released to the Publisher.

13. Account Restrictions

Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to restrict Buyer accounts under the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit of 3000 PKR is made and immediately withdrawn.
• Buyer attempts to proceed with tasks without sufficient funds.

Minimum top-up amount is 3000 PKR.

14. Billing & Payment Terms

Buyers agree to pay all applicable charges incurred under their account. If sufficient funds are unavailable:

• Guest Posts 360 may charge the preferred payment method for the outstanding balance.
• The account may be suspended until full payment is made.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Buyers must notify Guest Posts 360 within 30 days of any billing disputes; otherwise, charges are deemed final.

15. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain unused for over 180 days will be marked inactive, and remaining balances may be deducted as inactivity fees.
