Terms and Conditions for Publishers/Sellers

1. Task Acceptance & Response

Publishers must review and respond to task offers from Buyers within Two (02) days of receipt.

2. Automatic Task Decline

Tasks will be automatically declined by the system under the following conditions:

• If the task remains in "Pending Your Approval" status for more than Two (02) business days.
• If it is in "In Progress" status for over Six (06) calendar days without the Publisher submitting the completed work to the Buyer for review.

Note: Guest Posts 360 reserves the right to cancel tasks at any active status if fraud or a dispute is detected.

3. Task Expiration

Task offers with the "New" label are automatically removed after 30 days.

4. Completion Commitment

Once a Publisher accepts a task from a Buyer, they are obligated to complete it in full accordance with the provided instructions.

5. Submission Requirements

Final submissions must fully meet the Buyer's initial requirements.

6. Pricing Responsibility

Publishers are responsible for setting their own rates for the services they offer.

7. Refund Policy

If submitted content fails to meet requirements or is later removed, and the Publisher's balance covers the payment, Guest Posts 360 will refund the Buyer. If the Publisher's balance is insufficient, the account may be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

8. Content Integrity

Approved and published content must not be altered. Publishers may not insert unauthorized links, ads, or other modifications that weren't approved by the Buyer.

9. Revision Requests

Buyers may return a task for revision if it does not meet the specifications. A maximum of Two (02) revisions may be requested before payment is automatically released to the Publisher.

10. Escalation for Payment

If a Buyer:

• Requests revisions more than Two (02) times, or
• Fails to provide revision details within Three (03) calendar days,

The Publisher can escalate the issue to Guest Posts 360 for resolution and payment release.

11. Website Accessibility

Publishers' websites must be publicly accessible without registration barriers. While some site areas can be restricted, any paid posts must be visible to all users.

12. Post Visibility & Restrictions

Publishers must not delete, cloak, or modify anchor text or links. Published posts must remain live and unaltered for a minimum of 120 days after publishing.

Violations may lead to: Account restrictions, delisting of the site, rating downgrades, and withheld payments.

13. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only available for tasks marked as completed and approved. The Publisher is responsible for entering correct payment information. Guest Posts 360 is not liable for payments sent to incorrect addresses.

14. Withdrawal Fees & Minimum

• A processing fee is charged for each withdrawal based on the payment method selected.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 4000 PKR.

15. Website Requirements for Platform Eligibility

To be eligible, Publisher sites must meet one of the following sets of criteria:

Option 1:

• 100+ pages indexed on Google
• 10,000+ organic visitors (Ahrefs)

Option 2:

• Minimum 50 indexed pages
• Domain Authority or Domain Rating of 15+
• MOZ Spam Score under 30%
• No free hosting
• Quality, readable, regularly updated content
• Limited, non-intrusive advertising
• No spam, pop-ups, or click-bait
• No legal, ethical, or copyright violations
