Refund Policy

Platform Credits

All prices on Guest Posts 360 are listed in platform credits, where 1 credit equals Rs.01.00 PKR. When a User adds funds to their account, they are purchasing credits for use within the platform. Payments are accepted via Bank or Wallet.

Non-Refundable Credits

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a User believes a payment was made in error, they may request a refund within 30 days. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Task Payments

All payments for tasks (such as sponsored posts) are final once work has begun. If a task is incomplete or disputed, the Buyer may raise the issue through the platform's dispute process.

Dispute Resolution

Guest Posts 360 will review all disputes. If the Buyer's claim is valid, a refund will be credited to their account balance for future use on the platform.

Important: All refunds are processed as platform credits only and cannot be converted back to cash. Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe to be considered.
